Jan Egeland, the United Nations' emergency aid coordinator, travels with journalists, UN officials, and Riek Machar, the vice president of southern Sudan to meet Joseph Kony, the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army, at an assembly area known as Ri-Kwangba on Sudan's border with the Democratic Republic of Congo.
